We're proud to announce the second edition of ArtBeat, a street art (and beat) manifest initiated by Red Bull in our Post CS buidling (BG and 11) during the Amsterdam Museum Night on November 4th. The 2006 edition of ArtBeat brings the most innovative, contemporary ‘steert art’-talents together in a unique international gesammt-project, in which the creative Museum Night visitor is also welcome to partake.
In the week preceding the event and during the night itself a giant collective art-work will be produced live, highlighting the latest developments in straat art like; 3D and architectural objects, performance art, various new media and interactivity. The work-in-progress will be captured in a time lapse animation film which will be streamed on www.artbeatnow.nl.
The ArtBeat programme has a visual (Art) and musical (Beat) line up, of which the ‘Beat’ part will of course steadily take over as the night progresses.
